The current global situation COVID-19 has drastically restricted the number of passenger freights, resulting in a considerable shipment delay everywhere. As of now, it is expected to take 2-3 more weeks to load all orders destined for Australia, New Zealand and rest of the world, and the estimated arrival date.

An order status will be emailed to you once your order has been received and dispatched, expect delivery within 4 -14 working days. If you have not received your order after 14 business days, then please contact us and we will trace your parcel for you. 

To ensure that you continue to receive emails from us in your inbox (not junk folder), please add and to your address book, otherwise emails may not reach you due to either web-based emails restrictions or computer spam filters.

We Ship by:

Eparcel Register Post (Free)

Standard Shipping:    FREE for orders over 39.00 (after discounts) $8.00 for orders below 39.00 (after discounts)     10-14 postal days

Sometimes there will be up to 2 seperate shipments at one delivery cost.

There is now a $10.00 surcharge (maximum) on all Fragrance/Perfume purchase.

For orders of fragrances only, restraints on international deliveries of fragrances due to alcohol content mean these items must be shipped separately with delivery after skincare, makeup and body care.

Not all brands can be expressed post. We try our best to express to the customer (you) as quick as we can. For any additional information you can email us at

Orders will be placed, dispatched and sent by air freight to country of destination in line with above delivery time frames.
Local postal service will deliver to your home address and a signature is required for delivery.
We do not deliver to Non Registered Post, P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses.
Times of Shipping once dispatch occurs:

Some destinations 4 - 6 working days 
Most destinations  4 - 14 working days.
Inaccessible destinations 14 working days.

- We Ship free of charge.
- Signature is required on delivery.
- Tracking on all parcels after shipment.
- All parcels are insured for loss or damage.
- All Fragrance orders must be shipped via this method.
We cannot express Fragrance/Perfume. Some times customs can hold up this service, or no one is at home to sign for the parcel.
Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order please note that there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.
For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

Processing Time:
Orders received between Monday and Friday (AEST) are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed by the end of Monday.

Important Notice re: Customs Fees

Some countries (UK, the E.U., and Canada in particular) charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be.
By law, we have to declare the status (i.e. "merchandise" or "gift") and the value of each parcel accurately. It is a criminal offence for us to make a false Customs declaration, so PLEASE do not ask us to mark your parcel as a gift or underestimate the value as we cannot do it! Thanks for understanding.
